my years in design and tech
I spent over a decade as a designer in tech, building and marketing products, leading projects and teams, and chasing success. That path sharpened my creativity and ambition, but it also pushed me toward exhaustion, showing me firsthand how easy it is to forget parts of life and burnout.
what my body remembered
For years I sought to heal the stress and anxiety affecting my relationships and sense of self. Burnout from workaholism showed me how much I was carrying, until I discovered somatic and trauma-informed practices that helped me regulate my nervous system. That path reshaped how I live and create, and led me to become a Psychosomatic Practitioner, grounded in Internal Family Systems and neuroscience-backed tools. Alongside this training, my spiritual journey deepened, uncovering my intuition through meditation, exploring psychic and channeling development, and learning to trust the wisdom of the heart, which lives in the body.
why i created memoiry
Today I bring my artist’s curiosity, intuition, and multidimensional creativity into Memoiry: a space for coaching, embodiment, and gatherings rooted in the power of presence. Through this work, I help people create new memories of compassion for themselves and others, step into their authenticity, and live in greater alignment.
